Do we need to have an initial consultation, or can the service commence immediately?
The initial consultation provides necessary information for us to ensure the package meets your needs.
Do we need any special equipment and do you provide it?
We provide all equipment & consumables required to administer medication. If you require medical aids e.g. hospital beds, commodes, shower chairs we can provide contact details of suppliers who have a hire service.
Is it necessary to have a hospital bed?
A hospital bed is recommended for us to provide care during the last days of life. This ensures that personal care can be performed in a safe environment ensuring optimal care is provided. A hospital bed reduces complications associated with being bed bound.

What do we do if staying at home is no longer working?
It is rare that symptoms cannot be managed at home, once you have support. However, if your situation changes & you would like to enter hospital or a hospice, we will manage this transition for you.
